BYU vs. New Mexico!!

On Saturday, I went to the BYU-New Mexico game with Graham, Paul, Jen, Ryan and Ben, and we had a blast!! The cougars didn't start out to well, and we struggled to move the ball down the field, but we stepped up our game, beat the Lobos 21-3. It was so cold outside!!! luckily it didn't snow or rain, and the boys did fantastic!!! It was awesome!

So, last week, work was a little slow, and I was able to get off 4 hours early. I decided that I would go watch my nephews, Ryan and Ben, so that my sister-in-law, could go into the office early. So, after playing with my buddies for awhile, I remembered that I needed to run back to the office to grab something, so I got the boys in the car, and we headed out,, and Ryan and Ben both kept saying "guess what Kendra". So after asking "what" repeatedly and getting very interesting answers, Ryan finally turned his attention to Ben. He kept trying to talk to Ben, and show him things, and tell him he loved him, but Ben ignored him, and kept say, " No!! I am talking to Kendra" So Ryan became pretty upset, and even started to cry, So I told Ben that Ryan was trying to talk to him and that he needed to be nice to Ryan and talk to him. So, Ben looked at me, rolled his eyes, and turned to Ryan and Said " Guess what Ryan", Ryan became very excited and asked "what!" to which Ben Replied " I am talking to Kendra"!!! What a little punk!

CRUISE!!!!!!!!!

I recently went on a cruise with a group of friends, and it was amazing!!! Kristian, Eric, Graham, and I all drove to L.A, while Brooke and Chantell Flew. We met up to board the ship and set sail for Ensenada. The ship was beautiful, and there were alot of fun things to do on board, and all the food you could ever dream of. When we got to Ensenada, Kristian, Graham, and I went to a Private resort beach, and it was absolutely gorgeous. We found lots of sand dollars and crabs, and layed on the beach. I also tried Sushi for the first time......It was.....interesting to say the least :) I didn't choke, so thats good, but I don'tthink I will be going out for it again anytime soon. It was an amazing trip and I can't wait to plan the next one!!!

Selfishness

I'm still trying to understand why some people are so selfish. I'm just tired of people hurting someone else, or multiple people, to get what they want, as long as it makes them temporarily happy. I'm tired of being hurt, because people use me as a temporary fix. No one is perfect, and I'm not saying anyone is. I just wish that people would at least try to do something besides breaking others hearts to get what they want.

Not to be? or, Not to be?

So, my sister has been dating, and is now no engaged to a guy that is .....we will say.....creepy. Now, she, and he, have a few learning disabilities, and they have a hard time comprehending things. So as much as we (the family) know that they are not right for each other, we just cant make her understand that. They are %100 positive that they are meant for each other, but we always feel uneasy and creeped out while around him. Not only that, but they are literally joined at the hip now. Which really worries me, because I think there are a lot of control issues in the relationship. We are all worried about her, and we don't want to see her get hurt, but we have tried expressing our concern to her repeatedly, and she always takes offense, and accuses us of judging him. Are we in the wrong? are we being too hard on them? Or should we follow our instinct?

Crazyness!

So, this week has been crazy :) but good. Work has stayed pretty busy, and hectic, but I got to spend alot of time with my family and play with my nephews, Ryan and Ben, the two most adorable boys on the planet!! Until I have my own kids ofcourse :) So, now the week is just about over and I get tomorow off!! yay!!!
